Hey guys, not to hijack this thread but what should I check if I’m seeing oil here on the bottom two banjo bolts on the oil pump housing? See photo attached...

First, check that the Banjo Bolts and the 4 Oil Pump Bolts are torqued correctly.

Next, do not assume that it is leaking from the location where the Oil is dripping.
Degrease the area with a Spray can of Carb or Brake Cleaner.
Make sure it is dry and then spray the area with Talcum (Foot) Powder.
The powder will make the source of the leak very evident.
If it turns out to be the Banjo Bolts; Replace the crush washers and torque properly.

    Hi all,

I changed from the mushroom to the ball and everything is good now.

Weird how the mushroom made the oil pressure so high until it warmed up.
At 120 to 130 degrees oil temp, the oil pressure was around 78 on takeoff.

Switched to a new ball and it's pretty constant.

    Thx all for your help!
