Hello I just got this 912 A3 and would like to know the year of manufacture and TBO, the SN is 4410820 & 4410822

If you check Section 3.1 of the document SB-912-057 (certified version) you can see that the TBO of both your engines is 1500 hrs/12 years, extendable to 2000 hours/15 years (if the specified procedures in the bulletin have been complied with)

Lets say I run the engine 1500 hrs based on condition will I be able to overhaul it and is it worth it?

New certified 912A3 costs approx $25,000 USD.
Overhaul cost is normally approx $16,000-18,000 USD.
So yes, it is worth it.
