Hi

I have a start problem with my 912ULS in the video

Look like kickback ,but i'm not sure .I've check electricity system ,relay, battery, spark plug ,oil and not check SPRAG CLUTCH

It's just SPRAG CLUTCH problem ?

It does look and sound a little weird.
Perhaps it is worth measuring the force you need to apply to turn the prop and compare your findings with handbook values.
It may also be interesting to know the revs/min your engine achieves since a certain level is required for the ignition to do its job. Too low revs - no ignition.

Sorry my description is not detailed.
My problem is not no ignition, it can ignition easily.
My problem is before ignition . It's shows weird move before ignition.

I watched the video, to me it looks like it is not rotateing fast enough. I would try a new battery first thing. Is it hard to turn over by hand? Are the carbs set up and balanced per the manual?

    Hi bravo

    Thank you for the reply

I have change a new battery this video, and it's not easily to turn over by hand.
Is carbs means propeller ? If yes ,I don't change propeller balance before this happen, and is balanced before.

Thank you for considering my question

    Hi Zack,
check the line maintance manual for "measuring tourque required to turn crank drive" - that should give you confidence on what to look for and how to proceed (e.g. MML_912Series ED3_R2_e.pdf, chapter 3.12, page 22).
    Just an idea. Good luck.
