If I am reading the gauge correctly, you have about 0.100mm of runout.

The heavy maintenance Manual section 72-00-00, Page 98, Measurement CS24 specs 0.060mm as the New limit and 0.080mm as the 100% service limit. that puts you at 25% beyond the 100% limit.

The obvious choices are...
1. Rebuild/Overhaul the engine and replace the crankshaft.
2. Pretend it is not actually bad and put it back together and hope for the best.

There is more to this story!
What happened that made you think that measuring the crankshaft was warranted?
Prop Strike?

The second video shows 0.04mm of runout at the bearing.
The First Video showed 0.10mm of runout near the shaft end.
The shaft has more than the allowed 0.08mm service limit and well more than the 0.06mm build limit.

You recently bought a 1000hr engine with a questionable history and inspection has revealed that the purchase may not have been the good deal you were expecting.
I am asking Again,
What happened that made you think that measuring the crankshaft was warranted?

As was stated previously...
The obvious choices are...

2. Pretend it is not actually bad and put it back together and hope for the best.
You know Option #1 is the correct choice.
You want someone to tell you that Option #2 is an acceptable solution.

Is there another question here that I am missing?

Second thoughts...
The second video shows 0.04mm of runout at the bearing.
Is it possible that the real problem is the bearing?
