My 912ULS has been flying for almost 13 years and 875 hours. I was wondering if the capacitor has any lifetime limits.

Your Capacitor might last another 13 years or it might die tomorrow.
It is not worth worrying about because when it goes it will be a nuisance and not a critical flight failure.

Look at the end cap on the capacitor.
Notice that there are a number of lines embossed into the cap.
These are there to allow the capacitor to go "Pop" instead of "Boom" when it heats up and goes overpressure.
If the Cap is Flat, all is well.
If the cap is dome-shaped, it is going to POP soon.
If It "Ain't" Broke, Don't Fix It!

Note: In lieu of the relief lines, some Caps have a small rubber plug on the Connector end that will Pop out to prevent it from exploding. Your device will vary.
They will all make a mess when they Pop!

We were wondering that rubber plug was for.
