YES!
Fuels with a RON of 95 or more or an AKI of 91 or more are approved.

Yes, if you have no vapour lock environment, out side temp 45-50 C . Otherwise 100LL is best option along with Decalin additive.

This is starting to sound like an Abbott and Costello routine...
Let me put on my magic hat and try to straighten this out...
Because Faisal is in Pakistan where the summer temperature approach 50°C (~120°F), Think Death Valley, USA, MoGas may not be his best option if his installation is prone to vapor lock under high-temperature conditions.
The vapor pressure of 100LL with Decalin added would be a better choice in this case.
