I think that 190°f would be sufficient as it is likely the oil tank temp is higher. I think the airflow at high AoA may have contributed to lack of cooling. I’ve ordered another bottle and don’t need to do such a test again. If I am flying like that for real, it would be for short time. Maybe the bottle had a weak spot in the corner and with higher external heat it let go. Odd.
