Float suspension brackets

Turn the carb upside down and measure to "A". You can use the Rotax tool to measure or just a Millimetre ruler. Set the ruler on the carb outside edge and slide it in toward the float armature. 10.5mm from carb edge to "A" in your photo. To adjust the height you tweak the tab on the armature that holds onto the needle valve to give you the proper height.

Adjusting the B to 10.5 mm the float armature is not parallel to the carb outside edge .  The left end in the picture is now quite high now.  Is this normal  ?

Check both sides of each float armature. The armature may be twisted slightly from one side vs the other. You need to tweak it so both sides are equal.

Shouldn't it be to A not B?

It is "A". Sorry I messed up. I fixed my post answer.  I should pay more attention to detail. No excuse. I must be getting old. LOL
