I use fuel injection clamps on a hose I remove now and then like the filter hose. It has a good 360 degree seal and because it is a screw into a nut it won’t strip out or cut into the hose. Again no need to over tighten them. You can buy these at any automotive store.

Hi Jim,
Please elaborate.
I find it hard to envisage a "quick disconnect" application in an aircraft,with the possible (doubtful) exception being some sort of refuelling set up.
In my opinion, additional, non essential fittings, only increase the chance of failure/leakage and add weight.
