that was possibly accidental multiple clicks on the 'save' button exacerbated by a really slow internet connection. You only need to click once, but depending on network conditons, you might need to be patient! I have cleaned up the other six posts :)

My impression is that whether it's allowable to swap gearboxes will depend on your local Aviation Authority, since -S2 implies a fully certificated aircraft. Here in the USA, one is free to put used components on other engines *if* they have been overhauled and approved by a properly-licensed facility. We call those "yellow-tagged" parts. If you did make a swap remember the small gear on the end of the crankshaft and the large gear in the gearbox are a matched set and MUST be kept together.
