Is there a procedure or special tool for carburetor leveling on a 912ULS..

Not sure what you mean by carb leveling?
You don't need to specially level the carbs. They are what they are in the rubber carb sockets. Now there is a certain degree of angle to the right and down when mounting the engine in the installation manual if that's what you mean.

Do you perhaps mean carburetor balancing?

No not balancing, just making sure that both carburetor's are equally level as in using a bubble level. I'm not a mechanic and not familiar with how the carbs are actually mounted, if there is any room for play or movement during attachment. It's just a suggestion someone mentioned to me and I figured I'd check to see if anyone had any experience with that.
