Just to clarify: to post or reply to posts, you need to be logged in with an active "Free" or "Paid" membership.
If you previously had a Paid membership that recently expired, you will see a "Renew" button at top of the page. (and a "Renew" link at bottom left.) That means your membership is effectively "In Limbo" waiting for you to renew - and while it's in limbo you won't be able to post. This 'limbo state' is designed to preserve your previous membership history and invoices.
If you don't want to renew, but still want to post, please contact the website administrator to get your 'limbo' (expired Paid) account converted to a Free account...

I just Logged Out and downloaded a Maint.Manual.
Apparently, you do not need to even be a "Free" Member, or Logged-In to download the Manuals.
Without a membership, you are free to read and download all you wish (Videos excluded).
You can Take from the site, you just can't Add to it.

Alan, don't do my mistake, verify your torque wrench works in both directions. My first torque wrench only worked right hand. I had to remove the nut, buy another washer and the correct bi-directional torque wrench. This added a couple of extra days onto the gearbox installation.

The crankshaft gearbox nut is reverse threads. It's a 42mm nut. The 42mm socket is usually on a 3/4" drive wrench

My Rotax docs seem to indicate it’s a 41mm nut and to use Loctite 648. 680 seems similar, but how is it different?
