You need a Molex contact Extraction Tool.

John,
I think you may be asking how to unlatch and disconnect the Lane A1, Lane A2 and Lane B connectors at the ECU. There is a small release that must be pressed before you can rotate the main latch. See the heavy maintenance manual, section 76-10-00, page 7 for a detailed illustration, or see attachment below.
Also note that these connectors can only be unplugged 20 times, and you should log the number of times they are operated. It’s good to put a sticker right on the connector showing the number of operations each has had.
