My Pipistrel Virus SW with a 912iS recently showed the voltage climbing up to 18.1 volts.
Have 50 hours on motor and had the ECU recently flashed-updated.
Could 18.1 volts damage any other components?
How does one get compensated for repairs under Rotax warranty if unable to reach a local
authorized Rotax service center.

Any ideas as to cause, repairs necessary or help would be appreciated.

One of the regulators must have failed as they have overvoltage protection built in.
Can you download the ECU with BUDs and look to see what was recorded?
Many modern avionics are built to use 12 or 24 volts so you may not have damaged anything.
Your local Rotax service is California Power Systems.
