You might check on vans Airforce. Some have had luck with local radiator shops, just tell them it’s for a tractor…some guys won’t touch aircraft parts.

Also, you know about Vans service bulletin and mod kit for the radiator? They try to address this issue with the kit.

We installed the kit as per the service bulletin.

The leak isn't from any chafing from the cowling.

The leak appears to be in the bottom capillary tube.

Just to confirm, you are looking for a water radiator rather than the oil an oil cooler, correct? Also, is this a Rotax part or something different Vans provides? 

The water cooler is a Van's aircraft part and is on backorder till September.

You may be able to go on Vans forum or Barnstormers and find a used one.
