Rotax 912 is engine,when we flight 100 hours,The lane B have some problems.We check all of the connectors,they don't loose.
when engine run 5000 RPM,the Lane B light,and RPM up about 5200 quick. Below 5000 rpm, The Lane B is ok.
Do you know the problem.Thanks.

    Hi Stephen,

    Have you put it on a dongle and computer to look up the error codes? This should be done and it should tell you what the problem is. It's just a guess if you don't. At 100 hrs. you should be doing a 100 hr. inspection and downloading all error codes if there are any.

    Thanks,Use the dongle,It is manifold air pressure problem,We changed the sensor,solved the problem.But I don't know why we are two new engine have some problem.one happened about 100hr,other happened about 20hr.Do you know air pressure sensor warranty period?

    I had lane B problem which was Manifold pressure data full of noise. A rep from Rotax emailed me this. I did the cable tie
    procedure as shown and have had no lane B problems since.

    I looked up your old post on Lane B problems and foun only a picture attached. Is there a write up for this procedure somewhere?
