Rotax Fuel Pumps Orientation

Sonex Xenos - single tank just under glare shield - i.e. between panel and firewall.
Question: can the Rotax pumps box be mounted Vertically, i.e. with it's big embosed ROTAX logo (and inlet and outlet) pointed downwards rather than level?
