Oil suction vacuum too high

I'm putting together an oil system for a rotax pusher configuration. I'm getting marginal results for the oil crankcase and vacuum checkout tests described in the installation manual. 9 inHG for vacuum at full throttle and 55 C, 6.4 psi at full throttle and 90 C for crankcase pressure.
The total length of our lines is 83 in. The suction lines are 0.56 in ID, the outlet line is 0.44 ID. Is this a line issue?
