12-Pin HIC Connector

Does anyone know the manufacturer and part number for the 12-pin HIC connector?  It appears the locking tab on mine has broke off or was missing when I received it.  I don't want to replace the entire harness, just the connector but have thus far been unsuccessful in finding just that part.
