The only requirement for getting the AUX(B) Fuel pump to run is for HIC-B Pin #3 to connect to Pin #11.
It Is that simple!
Try re-seating the HIC-B connector.
It is good design practice that these wires run from the HIC connector directly to the Fuel Pump Switches without ANY intermediate connectors.
If your installation has any intermediate connectors; Re-Seat them also.

Good day Michael, sorry to hear you are AOG, always a PIA.
We ended up having three problems.
1. The 8 pin molex that goes into the HIC connector PCB had 3 loose connectors. Van's is coming out with a SB with a new connector (they sent us a new one).
2. The HIC connector PCB had a problem and we had to buy a new one.
3. The #2 pump would run intermittently.
Rotax has had a number of those pumps fail and have several SB's on them. We also lost the LED's in the switches from coming on; not a big deal as they only show switch position, but something changed with them.
To trouble shoot:
I would check the 8 pin molex connector that the pins are seated properly and wiggle it with the pump switch on to see if it will make contact.
This one is a PIA; swap the connectors on the pumps, so #1 switch controls #2 pump and #2 switch controls #1 pump; that should tell ya if ya have a bad pump or the switching is bad.
Good luck with it and Cheers Barry
