Variation in Max rpm

I don't know what Ms-95 fuel is? or why your Government would forbid its us in your aircraft?

Your problem may be due to throttle control cable binding.

Engine type.  912 A.

AC type . Virus Sw-80

Ms-95 Motor Spirit with octane rating of 95.

Ms-95 is being supplied with ethanol content in excess of 10%, which is unsuitable for use in rotax 912A engine as per POH.

Have you checked your throttle cable ?
