I don't know if I'm following the right channels. When I make a direct technical query to RotaxOwener, they tell me to participate in the forum. I do so, but I don't see any RotaxOwener technician helping me with my technical query. I'm confused or I have to use another procedure. I would appreciate a technical response from a RotaxOwener technician. I am using Google Translator from Spanish to English. Thank you

Did you call Aviasport in Madrid? Here in the USA we can call our nearest service center and ask for help, will Aviasport not assist you?

I am not a certified Rotax technician, just another owner who works on his Rotax engine. This website is primarily for people like you and me to exchange information to include about problems and how we solved them. You were OK to ask about your concerns here, there are a few certified professional technicians that regularly post here. But the authorized Rotax service center in Madrid should offer you whatever assistance they can provide over the phone, our service centers here in the USA will do so, that’s why I asked about contacting Madrid.
