This is what's supplied from Skytek to mount the 912iS to a Zenith. Not sure if it helps.

A thought;
From my one and only visit/experince with a specialist vibration control service provider - seems many rubber isolators come in a range of durometers.
Selecting a mounting isolator system, that has the option of using the same design/dimension isolator, in diffrent durometers, may be the way to go.
Example; https://hutchinsonai.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Barry-Controls-2011-compressed.pdf Page 87, 22000 Mount Series
Note: Not suggesting that the 22000 series Barry Controls mount will suit your application, just demonstrating that some mounts will be available in a range that will allow you to select softer or harder isolators..
In my quest to control my engines movement, I have moved from Sonex supplied Barry Controls PN 22001-13 to 22001-14 - so far so good.

Wow. That is super interesting. Thanks for the info.
The part numbers for the bolt hardware indicates they are 7/16". However, the rubber bushing set looks just like my J3608-1, including the small 3/8" hole in that big washer for the rubber. Does that bolt washer hole look like it is the same size as the rubber washer's hole?

Sean,
Thanks for the catalog link. Looks like I've got some studying to do tomorrow.

hi All
The Berry mount system is not the same as the Lord mount. The Lord mount requires a design on the engine truss to support them. The original J 3608 system is from early Cessnas. The engine weights were comparable with out current line of Rotax weights.
Look at he Cessna mount kit, look at one put together by Skytec (for the Zenair 750 with 912iS engine) This kit they make works with their matching truss mount. The spacing within the truss holders determines what bolts and sleeves are to be used by the mount OEM.
Cheers
