Variation of the MAP on a 914F

I have a Rotax 914F with an electrical CSU.
Sometimes I have a variation of the MAP without moving the throttle.
If I switch off the power of the servo motor the MAP is stable.
I suspect an issue in the pressure sensors or a bad contact in the plug.
Somebody can help me ?
