Correction, the factory supplied me with 4 qts of oil. In your note above, did you mean 3 qts of oil?
I really appreciate all the help, Roger, you're my hero in this mess I've gotten myself into.

    Hi Bill,

Aero Shell comes in liters. Oil from Europe or other countries for the most part come in liters. US oil is in quarts.

If you use Aero Shell Sport Plus 4 and use 3 liters it usually puts the oil level fairly close to right at the top of the fill line on the dipstick in a normal oil change.

What oil did the factory give you?

They gave me 4 liters......I just checked. Should have done in the first place. I have two and most of a third in the engine. I have turned the prop +_ 30 turns and it gurgled every turn. I am letting it settle a litte now, and will resume later. Does the coolant settle as well, from the prop turning?

The coolant much easier. Unless you have a thermostat the coolant system unlike the oil is more or less an open circuit and filling tends to allow all the air to rise to the top. That said don't take that for granted. After a short ground run check the coolant level you may have had some trapped air.
