Get together with a few fellow owners and buy a Smart Avionics PB3 dynamic prop balancer
    http://www.smartavionics.com/shop.html
Balancing props is easy with this and at 550 UK pounds it easily pays for itself if a group buy one.

You can also use it to carry out a full spectrum analysis to determine what is the source of most of the different vibrations you're feeling.

Dynavibe also do a good balancer but it's around 2000US$ for the base model and around 4000$ for one that has the the full spectrum analysis option equivalent to the Smart Avionics PB3.
Here's an article by Dynavibe that talks about vibration analysis.

I have one of these Smart Avionics PB3 balancers and have used it to balance about 50 autogyro rotors over the last 3 years. I've also done some small helicopters and lots of Rotax powered props.

Here's a good video by Dynavibe explaining the basics of frequency analysis.

There's some pretty good stuff on their website and you don't have to buy their equipment to do it.

Thanks Mike for the info. I'm going to talk to our local 912 tech about it.

    Thanks again.
