Can anyone advise the amount of time required for a qualified maintenance person to remove all the old hoses and install all the new hoses on a 912ULS.I was told it would probably be 23-25 hours. I would really like to hear from several of you that have done this changeover to help me with this question. Again I thank you for you input. I have been told by one maintenance shop 8 hours total which doesn't make sense to me at all.

It was closer to 40 hours for me. I did the work myself, replaced all rubber and ended up with a soft lifter which fixed finally fixed itself after some extended ground runs with the oil cooler door closed to heat/thin the oil to get it purged. Could have done it faster if I did it everyday. Was glad I did every rubber component though you can really see the difference when comparing old to new, gives you the confidence of having a like new engine outside of the crankcase.
