    What is the normal time between 75% power and going straight to turbo on the 914T

    Not sure what exactly "going straight to turbo" means.
    Do you mean "full power" ? I believe you are referring to the time of response of the engine when you advance the throttle.
    I have been flying and maintaining a 914 for 12 years now. We also performed the installation and setup of the engine.
    I'd say one must not advance the throttle too quickly on takeoff, but the engine responds within one second.
    With our steam gauge instruments, we can see only the slightest manifold pressure overshoot before the needle reaches the 40 inHg mark and stays there.

    I have a 914 on a M-16 Magni with 860 hours
    lately I have noticed that it takes 3 1/2 seconds to go into full power.
    Would the servo be the problem?
