Cracks in Oil Tank screen support disk

Hello,
In the 914 oil tank there is a mid mounted .035" thick stainless steel disk that locates the oil tank screen.
It is held in place by being welded to the dipstick tube and the oil pickup tube which themselves are
welded to the top of the tank.
Has anyone else encountered cracking in this disk and/or the separation of this disk
from it's welded mounting to the pickup tube and dipstick tube?
Is anyone aware of where one can purchase a replacement for the entire oil tank top which will
necessarily include the pickup tube and the aforementioned disk?
