5 years rubber parts tolerance?

The maintenance manual infomation every 5years change rubber part but It not to give tolerance
I want to know how much tolerance has it??

    Tolerance is not stated. Consider it an anniversary.

    As an academic matter, The 5 is a number of one significant digit.
    This would imply a tolerance of 1/2. More than 4 and less than 6.
    So it would not be unreasonable to get the rubber replaced within 6 months of the anniversary date.

    It isn’t an exact hour or date. Many seem to do it at annual with only a single down time and others do it separate from the annual. All my clients do it during that annual.
