I am just doing my homework .

    Someone send me this: -

"The original Avid Flyer 912 installation had the oil tank installed in the baggage area behind the seat.  This meant very long oil lines and far exceeding the 400mm in height.  Originally it was thought these lines would act as an oil cooler.  Instead, the long lines and high lift lead to oil starvation and several catastrophic failures."

    Running out of ideas...

Need to find better place for muffler and oil cooler. Original plan was to move oil tank down low. Looks like not very good idea.

Can this be a good option?

I assume you are referring to the Muffler because I do not see an Oil Tank.
    The Muffler looks workable. :)

What worries me is the Prop Extension.
With a limit of 120mm (4.7") of extension...
It looks to be at least 6 inches long.
Then add the fact that it is using the Smaller of the Bolt Circles...
Someone is going to lose that prop eventually.

Eugene, did you take a look at the Lockwood Aircam the installation is similar and those details have been addressed.
