Australian Rotax distributor not responding
Is anyone dealing with Bert Flood Imports having any success?
For more than 2 weeks I have been trying to get a quote on some parts, they do not answer the phone nor reply to emails. I’ve heard there are now only 2 employees remaining after the change of ownership and both the ladies are non technical and can’t keep up with demand.
Fortunately I am not in a particular hurry for these parts but that could change.
It seems Franz in Germany has some type of restriction to selling into Australia which is a shame as I’m interested in their oil thermostat.
I have lost confidence in Bert Flood Imports as a reliable distributor and am looking for another source of Rotax parts. Have others in the Oz/ Asia/ Pacific geographical area had any luck purchasing through other distributors?
