    The problem ordering the wire from Spruce is that was what I did 4 months ago. That is when I got the white core wire. I suppose you could specify that you want solid rubber “no white core”.

    16’ will do the job.

    Plug wire lengths;

    19.5”, 20.5”, 21.5”, 22.5”, 25.5”, 26”, 26.5”,  27.5”

    These lengths will give you about 1.5” for later trimming. The “extra” isn’t a problem in use.

    If you are replacing the HT wires you may consider the plug caps also. The Rotax caps are outrageously expensive. I found these caps, they are a direct copy but using a silicone type rubber. I found 10 on eBay for $8 each. They are sold by a wholesaler in San Diego so should be available other places.

    Hi Walt,

    Thanks for telling me 16' will suffice. No need to measure, but appreciate thought. I'd have measured but plane and I live on different islands here in Philippines.

    I ordered 9 new angled spark plug caps from TM Racing. Engine has 1,000 hours and caps look weathered.

    Noticed your vent tube comments and design to vent into carb filters...another excellent improvement I'll certainly do.

    Thanks Again,

    Robert
