CARBURATOR SYNCRONIZATION AND PISTON

Hello to everybody ,
After a perfect mechanical syncronization and not been able to syncronize pneumaticaly the carburators i have found that difference in the 2 pistons.
As you see on the attached photo , which one is the correct ? if any ?

Christos,
The one on the left in your picture is incorrect. The central guide has moved. It is only pressed in. I took a piston apart to photograph for you.

I measured a couple of carb pistons and the bottom of the guide on the ones I have are about 0.65mm inside the piston (similar to the one on the right in your picture)

i have measured the right and it is 0.65mm inside the piston.
I will correct the left to the same position but how i can secure it in place ?

Is this happens again which I have seen then put a tiny amount of Loctite 640 on a spot on the cylinder before you re-position it. It will never come loose again.

Today i have put the pistons back and syncronized the carbs pneumaticaly.
The engine runs on all revs very smooth.
