    Hi Roger,

I am close to finish the whole re-installation of my motor and then purge the oil circuit.
As I have installed a thermostat in the oil circuit:

On the training video, ROTAX says to be carefull when installing a thermostat, but without saying exactly to what.
-According your experience, what should I do or be particullary attention?
    Thanks by advance.

Before you do your purge you can always prefill the oil cooler and the two oil hoses.

    p.s.
Your oil hoses should be in fire sleeve.

The room around is missing! If I do so, I worring about oil around de pipe connection when I will reconnect the hose on the thermostat; Is it an issue?
    Many thanks Roger.

Not an issue. Just wipe off any spilled oil. If there is just some wiped up residue on a pipe or muffler it will burn off. You don't have to fill every tiny space just fill the majority if that helps you any for those tight spaces. When I purge a new engine or one that I have removed all the oil hoses I tend to always want to error on the safe side so I usually purge the engine once. Take a minute or two breather and then do it again. It may not always be needed I'm just paranoid. It can't hurt, but gives me peace of mind. Usually when I do an oil purge I can see 50-55 psi on the instrument gauge.

-The 50-55 psi you mentioned is during purging (turn the propeller by hand) or after, when you run a test of the engine to reach the 50°C?
-According your experience, when you inspect for correct purging of hydraulic valve tappets (check the distance between rocker arm and valve contact surface <0.5 mm) is it often you need to go for another 5 min run?
    Thanks
