I have 912uls with 620 hours on mt PPG (Airwolf powrachute)

when just start engine ( OAT 30 C) at 2000-2500 RPM the oil pressure is around 65 psi and 39 C (CHT 30 C)
at 3500 RPM its 65 PSI and 50 C (CHT 54 C.)
at 4000 RPM 65 psi and 54 C (CHT 60 C)

On flight above 4100 RPM the oil pressure is 70-73 psi and 94- C (CHT 68 C)
at 4500 RPM 73 psi and 95 C (CHT 68 C)
at 5150 RPM 75 psi and 92 C

when drop to 2500 RPM it goes to 58 psi and 91 C
when drop to 2000 RPM it goes to 50 psi and 95 C. and go up when return to 4500RPM to 73PSI and 93 C.

p.s
those values are when i fly alone, when fly with one more passenger I sometimes see 115-120 C and 76 psi

same reads with Mechanical Gauge

what it could be?

Try pulling the Oil Pressure Valve and spring. Reinstall the Plug Screw and start it for 5 seconds Max.
    Pressure should be ZERO.
If you see any pressure, there is something blocking the Regulator Oil Path.
If the pressure returns to normal after reassembly, something WAS blocking it and you dislodged it.

    Another thought:

I don't see an issue with the temps. The pressure is just a tad high. Can you swap an oil pressure sender out with someone else just for a test If you're not the original owner could someone have added a shim in the oil pressure plug screw? It could also be just a bad oil pressure sender. Can you either try another sender or plumb in a mechanical gauge to check your readings?

my mechanic try to replace the spring to a new one...pressure jump to 75 psi at idle when just start the engine

with my old sping it's arround 65 psi

He also try to cut the spring (to make it shorter) and the the pressure was around 55 psi (:-)),
but his colleague told him it's can cause damage to the engine so he set up the new spring again.

    any idea?

There is nothing wrong with that start pressure of 75 psi and as the engine starts to warm it should drop on down. Just give it some time.

    p.s.
    Do NOT cut the spring.
