Service center problem

I work in a flight school in Colombia, and we have four Tecnam p200jf with the following engines:

the engines are certified.
Our service center in Colombia tell us that is mandatory to use the new spark plug P/N: 297656, if we don't used the warranty is lost, because the old P/N: 297940 is not longer certificate by rotax.
Please is this information true?? who can I speak to resolve this problem??
