Carbs leaking

    Is there any way to check straightness of the float valves needles.? And what is the width or size of float chamber?

    You don't need to measure the float guide pins. Just move the float up and down and make sure it does not rub or hang up on the side of the bowl.
    Not sure why you need the float bowl measurements. It can't change and we're all the same.

    The idol may be set to low or the floats may be set to high. We get leakage a lot of time at about 1600 RPM which is too low for the idle. If the floats are just a little high The engine will not use as much fuel at idle therefore the bowls will vent fuel out the plastic tubes. Try 1800 to 1900 and make sure your floats or adjusted properly. It is possible to take a quarter inch six flute 100° tool and machine be needle seat but that is not recommended and usually you need to replace the carburetor body. We have seen the quarter-inch six flute countersink tool work but it’s got to be done by hand with good cutting fluid and very carefully or you gonna screw up the seat and have to replace the carburetor body anyway
