Anyone do a radiator upgrade?

Hi all,
With the hot weather my chts are high. In cruise I'm at 230f and if Im practicing takeoff and landings, I sometimes get to 250 260f.
I believe the issue is my radiator is angled back so I don't get great airflow. Instead of cutting the cowl and getting someone to do fiberglass work and paint, I wanted to see if there is a better radiator out there.
I'm experimental, did anyone ever come across a radiator that's thicker with same demensions?
I have the original rotax radiator. I believe they came out with the "HD", and now have the high flow model.

The above link says it will only cools a couple degrees better. Is that a couple over the HD model or both?
