I did mine a little over a week ago ---- about 5 minutes per carburetor.

CPS has them in stock
5 minute operation per carb, but the possibility of having to resync exists (I removed only choke cable and air filters to access throttle body --- never touched the throttle cable, except for moving it aside. Didn't change either idle or balance). Just have to know what you are doing.

CPS has the parts in stock.
Change takes about 5 minutes per carburetor.
Might take longer if you disturb the throttle cables and they aren't already mechanically marked for full idle. Mine were marked, so I didn't have to re-adjust the idle nor rebalance the system (but I did check, and that added an additional 1/2 hour.) (Relatively) easy replacement job

Hint: Remove the nuts holding the lever arms of the throttle and choke from their respective shafts when accessing the throttle body. When you re-assemble the carburetor, your balance and idle won't (shouldn't) be affected
