The carbon'd carbs would be a symptom of overly rich possible due to heavy floats.

    That did they weigh?

The video and the data plot are pretty well time matched.

    What I see is surging.

The engine stumbles, slows down and then powers up again and again.

Typical of a fuel supply shortage.

You are getting enough fuel for cruise power but not enough for climb power.

It looks like right where the video ended you had the runway assured and backed off on the throttle.

Just as the RPMs reduce, the EGT returns to normal.

This would be expected if it were a fuel shortage.

Reducing the throttle reduces the fuel requirement and the engine can make ALL of the (Reduced) Power requested.

It also looks like you tried a successful full-power run after landing.  Correct?

It appears the EGTs initially track together and then the Right starts to drop and then returns to normal as the throttle is reduced.

All of the evidence points to a restricted fuel flow issue.

Do you have an Electric AUX Fuel pump, and was it ON?
