I thought the answer was obvious and your question was retorical. 

To put it politely; It Appears to be a French company that is marketing "Reverse Engineered", Chinese made, Rotax copies.

In todays world it is hard to tell if they even exist or it is just a front to get your money.

Proceed with extreme Caution !!!

I would want to see one running, in Person, before even thinking about doing business with them.

If it was real you would think there would be videos showing running engines in flying aircraft.

There are just too many warning signs that say, "Run Away!!!
