Oil Leak 912 Casing Bolt

Without checking its specific torque, have you checked to see if it's loose?

It is hard to tell what we are looking at from the photo, But if it is an 8mm Crankcase Bolt, replace the washer and use 18 ft∙lbs as a reasonable number.

This diagram is a little hard for me to decipher but I'm confident it's no. 13 that's. the issue. 

I notice that this bolt has significantly changed on the newer cases. 

 If its #13, it's an M8 and 18 Ft∙lbs would be reasonable.

The actual number will be in the Overhaul Manual which isn't readily avaiable.

If we can get the attention of the ADMIN, perhaps he can look up the number for us. (Hint, Hint!)  

I found 30nm online, but I stand to be corrected.

So what's the job of this bolt? Clamping the crank main bearing? 

I've had someone suggest pulling it, getting some high temp silicone in there and replacing the washer. Thoughts?
