My airplane is a RANS S-6ES, you can see it here http://www.rans.com/_KITS/ModelsPages/S-6ES.htm
    I use a 3-blade Warp Drive prop.

    Hi Ricardo,

I had the same problem you are having, and I found the information Roger Lee is giving you, the best advise for me, you can read my fixing for this problem in this same section, under the tittle, TAKE OFF RPM IN A HIGH ALTITUD AIRPORT. All I can tell you is: follow what Roger just told you, and you will find the best prop pitch angle, for your needs. You can also find in this post, the changes I have done to my prop pitch angle, to find what is the best prop pitch angle for me.
    GOOD LUCK AND FLY SAFE.

    Mynor.

Hello friends, I executed the test. The airport is at 2100 feet and today barometer indicated 1017 hPA, and temperature was 25ºC , I took off and level at 4100 feet, then I applied full throttle up to 115 MPH (VNE = 120 MPH), the engine was with 5400 RPM in this moment. What do you think about it ?

    Hi Ricardo,

Not bad, but I would reduce the pitch by .5 (1/2)degree to get to at least 5500 rpm. You will get a little better climb, fuel economy and cruise will be easier on the engine at 5000-5300.

See friend, I didn't reach the VNE, maybe at 120 MPH I could have 5500 or more. Do you think the fuel economy would be better with less prop pitch ? More prop pitch is not equal to less RPM with more speed ?
