The overhaul manual is NOT available to the general public. There is only one overhaul facility in the US (Lockwood Aviation in Sebring, Florida) https://lockwood.aero/ and one in Canada (Rotech Motor Ltd in Vernon B.C) https://www.flyrotax.com/dis/rotechmotor

Please contact your local Rotax distributor if you wish to have your Rotax overhauled.

What makes you think your engine will require a "complete Overhaul with 1500 hours." ?

Most Rotax 9's, that have been serviced correctly, are capable of easily exceeding 2000hrs and then some.

Is there any difference in the contents of the 'heavy maintenance manual' and what is being called here 'overhaul manual'?
