If that is leaking air (it has two clamps at each end) you might be loosing boost pressure. And just to be sure ,have you done any recent maintenance on the carbs?
Very good tip. Although the tube looks visually good and is only four years old, it may have a crack. I had the same problem in the car and no one suspected the tube because it looked good. Check it out today.

We decided to invest in a new turbo but the delivery time is 6 weeks. That’s bad news in the middle of the best season, unless anyone has a hint on where to get faster.

I have no specific knowledge of Rotax turbo charged engines.
If you suspect that the turbine bearings are failing/damaged.
In land based turbines - assuming no damage to turbine blades and housing - bearings are replaceable. Call your local turbo charging specialists.

F3 is type certified engine, so we have to have original turbo with form.

So do your "type certified" rules allow a LAIM to replace or oversee the replacement of bearings (assuming that's a possible option)?
I would assume that if a LAIM is permitted to do the work he/she would have to use certified parts supplied/approved by Rotax .
You did say you were looking for options (due to long parts supply problems) to replacement of the whole turbo charger.
