When I tested the resistance for the pickups they all passed. It is a 2008 engine so maybe something is just too old?

It may or may not affect your EGTs, but you are low on coolant.
Assuming that the whitish bottle with the Red Cap is the coolant overflow bottle, The clear hose connecting to the Expansion Tank should ALWAYS be full of coolant.
The hose Must Not end at the Red Cap but needs to continue to the bottom of the bottle for the coolant to return to the engine.
Maintain the bottle just below half full when the engine is Cold.
It will fill another inch or so when Hot.

Hi Bill.
I thought the manual calls for 2/3 full. The bottom of the overflow bottle has a outlet that connects it to the expansion tank. The top line where the red cap is seen is for venting purposes.

Two small, possibly unrelated, points;
The EGY leads do not appear to be secured against wind blast & vibration - this has the potential to impact on readings by either damaging the lead itself or facilitating movement of the sensor/thermocouple.
In an open/uncowled engine exhaust wrap probably has no benefit and as Roger L mentioned may interfere with EGT sensor readings.
Ref: Expansion/overflow tank - you & Bill are both correct - depends on the bottle fitted.

2/3 full is just as well.
I could not tell where the hose connected.
It looks like it heads in the direction of the Expansion tank.
If it is the vent line, then all is well.
As long as the Bottle to Tank hose is full of coolant, you are good.
I just wanted to make sure you had not overlooked something.
