Crankcase pressure is required to return the oil to the tank. I was asking if it would be enough to skew the results of the test.
No it won't skew the results.

The bottom of the crankcase is typically about a foot below the top of the Oil tank.
So worse case you could see a foot of Oil Column pressure.
Water column pressure is about 27 inches per PSI.
Oil is about 20% lighter, so about 22 inches per PSI.
So, while you are pushing out the Oil, the test pressure might look better(higher) than reality by about a 1/2 psi.
