... The BUDS Dongle gave the code as being Ignition Cylinder 1/2. ... Any suggestions?

Why do suspect a MAP sensor?
Tug on the Map Prope connector, if it does NOT pull off in your hand, a clamp isn't going to help.

The EMS is directing you at the Cyl 1/2 Ignition on the "A" Lane.

This should be related to Ignition Coil #1 (A?) just above the #1 cylinder.
Or Ignition Coil #2 (B?) Just Above the #2 Cylinder.
Coil #1 fires the Top Plugs on Cyl #1 and #2.
Coil #2 fires the Bottom Plugs on Cyl #1 and #2.
Check for Loose or Corroded Push-On Connectors on the coils.

This might also include a spark plug problem.
If either paired plug has a problem, they will both misfire.
    Checked for fouled Plugs.
Check that the plug wires have not been chaffed.

The redundant ignition will backup any plug misfire and the engine will never actually miss a beat.

I have had similar problem indication. Intermittent. The solution turned out to be: Remove the coils, pull the low-voltage connectors. Grease the males and try reconnecting. Any that are not a very firm fit, squeeze the female until they grip really firmly. We discovered two that were not tight (but they will not fall off in flight because of the orientation of the coils on the engine). When they were tightened, and the coils reinstalled, the problem went completely away and has not returned.

Looks like Peter and I have come to similar solution. I have as well have experienced Ignition Cylinder 1/2 or Ignition Cylinder 3/4 faults. When reading the BUDS I have found the specific fault is "Nominal Current not reached" Turning off the Lane with the solid light can sometimes get it do go away but its only temporary. I have tightened the spade connectors on the ignition coils but after several more hours it came back. I have have tried everything to fix to include replacing the coils. Nothing worked. I started to research micro fretting corrosion on connectors and thought this could be the issue. I cleaned the spade connector on the primary side of the coil with red scotch brite to clean off any fretting corrosion and then applied some dielectric grease to each spade and made sure they crimped the spade tight and have had no other issues for about 100 hours.
