We tend to start-on 1 Pump mainly to reduce the drain on the battery but after over 1700 hrs (approx. 5000 starts) we have never seen this problem,
it has never affected it starting using both pumps in the past.
Its now just a matter of eliminating things, by doing the easy things first before getting down to looking at sprag clutches etc.

This is a photo of the ECU Voltage from the BUDS Download - it does show the Voltage dipping below 10v on Start-up.
This why we thought it was a poor battery and / or connection. The Battery was changed an all the Connectors / Plugs
were removed and Cleaned with no improvement.

When you say "no improvement" do you mean that the voltage still drops to 10v even with the new battery?

Yes, it still drops to 10V and the Engine doesn't start first time.

I changed/upgraded my battery as well. Starting issue still present.
